If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours or more in advance of your initially scheduled appointment time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows disrupt our schedule and reduce availability for other clients. Any changes made less than 48 hours in advance, will forfeit the deposit paid at the time of booking. This policy ensures that patients can get in for appointments in a timely manner and respects our providers’ time.
